Free statistical analysis, energy modeling and phase 1 audits. At this point we are able to project game-changing reductions to our customers’ utilities budget.
FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
We perform phase 2 audits in which we identify a scope of work and design the projects by which we will achieve the predicted savings. We complete this phase with a financial analysis of the recommended investments and a demonstration of the financial benefits to our customers’ profit lines.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Finally, we manage the projects to completion, commission the facilities, perform measurement and verification, and track energy performance to ensure persistence of savings.
